The City Guide is all about finding things to do and places to go in Central Florida. Central Florida meaning the area around metropolitan Orlando, including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Brevard, Volusia, Polk, Flagler, and Sumter counties.
The estimated total population of the Central Florida region is just over 3.8 million people. It is a region of Florida where the traditional culture of the Deep South meets the Northern influences who have migrated to the area.
The largest cities in Central Florida are Orlando, Palm Bay, Lakeland, Melbourne, Deltona, Daytona Beach, Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs and Sanford.
